Welcome to the presentation of City Library Herceg Novi
Activities of Herceg Novi library are based on IFLA/UNESCO Public Library Manifesto, according to which “..Public library has to be an essential of any long-term strategy in the domain of culture..., as the local gateway to knowledge, it provides a basic condition for lifelong learning, indepedent decision-making and cultural development of individuals and social groups..., it provides access to knowledge, information, lifelong learning and works of the imagination through a range of resources and services and is equally available to all members of the community regardless of race, nationality, age, gender, religion, language, disability, economic and employment status and educational attainment.“.
